Publisher Description
Explore Epic Tarot, a fantastical realm of ruined cities and haunted landscapes, wise warriors and powerful enchantresses. In Epic Tarot, the journey of the Fool becomes the hero’s dramatic quest. Epic’s imagery and Steampunk influences are reminiscent of graphic novels. Here, the court cards metamorphose into stern and majestic mythical griffins and phoenixes, dragons and unicorns.
Reviewers agree this deck is a significant addition to the high fantasy genre within Tarot. Influenced by RWS imagery, laden with potent symbolism, Epic Tarot is especially well-suited to personal exploration and shadow work. The instructions written by Barbara Moore delve into the dark depths of human experience, yet always focus on the quest for love, hope, and redemption.
